Information for the Organiser of Events held Off-Premise

The pricing on our menus is for food picked up cold from our Hindmarsh premises plated on or contained in disposables. The prices do include GST but do not include delivery charges or the cost of heating food for a hot delivery.
Delivery of Food
Delivery can be arranged for most suburbs in Adelaide between the hours of 8am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 1pm on weekends. (Note. A minimum food order value applies on weekends)

The delivery charge will depend on the distance from our premises in Hindmarsh and the time of day. (peak hour may cost more)

After Hours Delivery : If you require food to be delivered (Hot or Cold) outside our normal delivery hours then a labour charge may apply as a staff member will need to be bought in to heat/pack the food and deliver it.
Refrigeration : If food is to be delivered some time before it is to be consumed you will need to ensure that you have sufficient refrigeration facilities available to keep the food cold until required.

Equipment Hire
  • Crockery and Cutlery hire, where applicable : $ 4.00 pp.
  • Glassware hire, where applicable : $ 2.50pp.
  • Disposable plates, cups and cutlery, paper serviettes, where applicable : $ 1.00 pp per session.
  • Linen Tablecloths : $ 9.50 each, Linen Napkins : $ 1.50 each.
  • Chaufing Dish Hire: $20.00 each (including burners), our Catering Coordinator will advise how many will be required.
  • A site inspection before the event may be necessary.
Organisers are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to our property or equipment and property or equipment hired from any third party for the duration of the event.
Confirmation of expected numbers of guests is required one week prior to the event. Food charges will be calculated at no less than that minimum guaranteed number whether or not they attend the event.

Catering Planning Guide

Option A - Delivery Only
Your catering order is prepared and delivered to you. You are required to pay for the order per person plus a delivery/collection fee. If you require your function to be setup then an additional charge will be incurred.

Option B - Staffed Function
Your catering order is prepared, delivered and setup as required. We provide people to serve and clean up. Staffing charges are as detailed below. This option requires you to pay for your menu and beverages per head, charges for any equipment hired, staffing as required and a delivery fee.

Service staff are available at the following rates for a minimum of three hours per member (including GST).
Time is charged from the time our employees leave our premises until they return at the end of the event. If suitable dish washing facilities are unavailable onsite then labour will be charged for the time taken to wash dishes upon returning to our premises.

Waiting Staff & Kitchen Hands. (Offsite Functions)
Monday-Friday (Daytime - 7am to 7pm) $ 47.40 per hour
Monday-Friday (Evening - after 7pm) $ 49.10 per hour
Saturday (until Midnight) $ 50.10 per hour
Sunday $ 59.85 per hour
Minimum Staff Hire

Note. Due to increased weekend wage costs there is a surcharge for Saturday and Sunday catering orders as well as a minimum order value. Contact our catering co-ordinator for details.
