Working Buffet Lunch/Dinner

If you would prefer a less formal style of service, where your guests can help themselves to a fantastic selection of delicious dishes then a Buffet Lunch/Dinner may be the best option. Beautifully presented on one side of your function room, your guests can select exactly what they would like from the menu as choosen by you.

One option from the items listed below for 15 people or more $22.80pp
Two options from the items listed below for 25 people or more $24.90pp - Two options for less than 25 people $27.10pp
Three options from the items listed below for 35 people or more $27.25pp - Three options for less than 35 people $29.40pp
Note. For orders where multiple options are selected a minimum of eight serves is required for each option.

Please add $ 3.95 to each of the above options for Dinner as the serves are larger.

Note - All meals include a Chef's Salad, crusty bread and butter and a fresh fruit platter.

Delivery/Serving Options

Drop Off Only - we deliver the food to you in disposable alfoil containers. The food is already heated or you heat it yourself. You serve yourself using your own plates and cutlery. Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are available - see below for costs.

Drop Off with Crockery/Cutlery hire - as above except we supply crockery and cutlery. A fee will be charged to pickup the hired items or you will need to have these delivered back to our premises on the next business day. See below for crockery hire charges.

Note. With each of the above options you would need to consume the food within a short time after delivery or have on site heating facilities to keep the food at a safe temperature prior to eating.

Chafing Dish Hire - we deliver the food hot, setup our chafing dishes and place food in these to keep hot for up to 2 hours. Your guests serve themselves when ready. Disposables and crockery/cutlery are available as above. We return after the meal is finished to remove the chafing dishes and any other hired equipment or you arrange to have these delivered to us either that day or the following business day if this is an evening meal. See below for chafing dish hire charges. Labour costs will be charged to setup and clear up for this type of function.

Note. For groups larger than 35 you may require on site heating facilities to keep additional dishes of food hot to replenish what is in the chafing dishes. This size function may also require staff and a site inspection.

Disposable plates, cutlery, napkins etc $ 1.00 per person
Crockey and Cutlery hire $ 4.00 per person
Glassware $ 2.50 per person
Linen Tablecloths $ 9.50 each
Linen Napkins $ 1.50 each
Chafing dish hire $ 20.00 each - includes chafing candles
Our catering co-ordinator will advise how many of these are required

Delivery and Pickup charges will depend on your location.

For staffed functions - staffing charges are for a minimum of three hours and vary depending on the day of the week and time of day.
